Making Pralines
A good praline depends on great chocolate combined with a great filling. The workshop is a fun activity with the focus on doing and tasting. We taste which chocolate to use and together we temper it, and make delicious fillings. Of course you can take home your self-made pralines. We offer this activity in the Cacaomuseum, but we can also conduct the workshop elsewhere. Perfect for a company outing or gatherings with family and friends.
